This Privacy Policy explains how Color Beat Match handles information when you play the game. Color Beat Match is a mobile rhythm game that can be played as a guest, with optional Google Sign-In for cloud sync and leaderboard features.

Information We Collect

When you use Color Beat Match, the app may handle the following information:

• Local game data: best score, selected settings, audio and haptic preferences, and similar game progress. This data is stored on your device.
• Google Sign-In data: if you choose to sign in, Firebase Authentication may provide a Firebase user ID, display name, and email address associated with your Google account.
• Cloud profile and leaderboard data: if you sign in, the app may store your Firebase user ID, display name, best score, latest score, maximum combo, and update time in Cloud Firestore.
• Device and service data: Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play, and Android may process technical data needed to provide authentication, security, networking, and app platform functionality.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• save your game progress and preferences;
• let you sign in with Google if you choose;
• sync your best score across supported devices;
• show leaderboard rankings to signed-in players;
• protect the game services from abuse and technical issues.

Leaderboard Visibility

If you sign in and submit a score, your display name, score, maximum combo, and update time may be visible to other signed-in players on the leaderboard. Guest scores are saved locally and are not submitted to the cloud leaderboard.

Third-Party Services

Color Beat Match uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, and may use Google Sign-In or Google Play platform services. These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's privacy and security practices.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the app, including with Google Firebase and Google platform services as service providers, or when required by law. Leaderboard information described above may be visible to other signed-in players.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Cloud profile and leaderboard data may remain in Firebase while the service is active.

To request deletion of your cloud profile or leaderboard data, contact us at datnt13022@gmail.com. Include the display name used in the game and any account details needed to identify the correct record. Do not send your password.

Children's Privacy

Color Beat Match is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will review the request.

Security

We use Firebase security rules and Google platform services to help protect cloud data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect game data handled by the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
